IX. RESOURCE SHARING

Interlibrary Loan:

The OCLC Interlibrary Loan subsystem is used to extend the library's resources. Normal delivery time is about one week from the submission of the request at the Circulation Desk. More rapid document delivery is usually available in case of need. There is usually no charge to UE faculty, staff, and currently enrolled students. Interlibrary Loan service is not available to others.

Cooperatives:

The University of Evansville Libraries is a member of the Indiana Cooperative Library Services Authority (INCOLSA), which is the major state cooperative which provides workshops, liaison with OCLC, and information about equipment, systems, and techniques as well as group purchasing discounts on electronic resources. The UE Libraries is a cataloging member of the OCLC system. The Libraries cooperate with, but is not a member of the Private Academic Library Network of Indiana (PALNI) group.
