Grove Art Online Updated

A NEW PARTNERSHIP AND NEW IMAGES...
With the release of our most recent update now live, Grove Art Online is delighted to provide subscribers with the integration of nearly 400 new images of major works of art from the British Museum collection. We are honored to partner with this premier institution offering unparalleled access to treasures ranging from African masks to European painting. These new thumbnail images within articles expand and the captions enable readers to link seamlessly and directly to more information on the British Museum COMPASS website. We thank the British Museum for collaborating with us to further our shared mission to disseminate educational information on world art and cultures online. NEW WOMEN ARTISTS CONTENT...
We are also proud to announce the completion of the first part of the women artists project, guest edited by Whitney Chadwick of San Francisco State University. Over the past year we have added new bibliographies to 370 biographies on women, all reviewed and approved by Professor Chadwick. Later this year, we will publish part two of the project, which will include dozens of new articles, essays, and images. In addition, we have updated articles such as Arman, Nam June Paik, Gustav Stickley, Weegee and Candace Wheeler with death dates and textual revisions. Arizona Quarterly and Bridges debut in Project MUSE

Arizona Quarterly: A Journal of American Literature, Culture, and Theory

Arizona Quarterly: A Journal of American Literature, Culture, and Theory publishes articles offering a variety of scholarly approaches to canonical and non-canonical works of American literature and film. The journal sponsors an annual symposium, bringing together senior scholars, advisory board members, and newly established academics, to renew our commitment to the study of American texts. Edited by Edgar A. Dryden.

Bridges: A Jewish Feminist Journal

Bridges: A Jewish Feminist Journal is a showcase for the creative work of Jewish feminists. It brings together the traditional Jewish values of justice and tikkun olam (“healing the world”) with insights honed by the feminist, lesbian, and gay movements. It provides a place in which Jews, feminists, and activists can exchange ideas and deepen the understanding of the relationship between Jewish identities and activism.
